URL file-access is disabled

Easiest solution is to just run the installer again. However if you’d like to fix this manually please follow the below instructions.

Via SSH please execute the following commands:
echo “allow_url_include = On” >> /usr/local/lib/php.ini
echo “allow_url_fopen = On” >> /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/etc/php.ini
echo “allow_url_include = On” >> /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/etc/php.ini
/etc/init.d/httpd restart
